Efficient Thermal PasteurizationDesigned for continuous rotary operation, this pasteurizer offers rapid, even heating through a steam or hot water jacket. Its automated PLC system and digital controls deliver consistent results, preserving taste and nutritional value while ensuring product safety.
Superior Hygienic DesignAll product-contact surfaces are mirror polished and fabricated from food-grade stainless steel. The bottom outlet with a valve, sealed bearings, and easy dismantling for cleaning uphold stringent hygiene standards, making it ideally suited for food processing environments.
Versatile Handling for Viscous ProductsCapable of processing a wide range of viscosities, this pasteurizer is perfect for fruit pulp, vegetable puree, and juices. The scrape surface mechanism continuously mixes and prevents product sticking or burning, maintaining product integrity even at higher temperatures.
FAQs of ROTARY SCRAPE SURFACE PULP PASTEURIZER:
Q: How does the rotary scrape surface pasteurizer prevent product burning during operation?
A: The machine employs food-grade nylon or stainless steel scrapers that continually rotate and scrape the inner mirror-polished surface, ensuring product is constantly mixed and does not adhere or burn, especially when handling viscous materials.
Q: What safety features are included in this pasteurizer?
A: It is equipped with overheat protection and an emergency stop button for immediate shutdown if needed. Additionally, sealed food-grade bearings contribute to safe and reliable operation during continuous processing.
Q: When should the pasteurizer be dismantled for cleaning, and how is this achieved?
A: For optimal hygiene, the machine should be dismantled for cleaning after each production cycle or batch. The design allows for easy disassembly, and its compatible with CIP (clean-in-place) systems to streamline the cleaning process.
Q: Where is the bottom outlet located, and what is its benefit?
A: The bottom outlet with a valve is situated at the base of the horizontal cylindrical body, making it efficient to discharge processed product quickly and hygienically, minimizing residue and facilitating easy cleaning.
Q: What are the main benefits of digital temperature control and PLC automation?
A: Digital temperature indicators and PLC controls provide precise, real-time temperature management, ensuring consistent pasteurization results. Automated settings reduce human error and improve process repeatability and safety.
Q: How does the pasteurizer handle varying product viscosities?
A: Thanks to its powerful rotary scrape surface mechanism and variable speed settings (up to 60 RPM), the machine efficiently processes both viscous and semi-viscous materials such as fruit pulps and vegetable pastes without clogging or quality loss.
Q: What process is used for heating, and what is the recommended pressure range?
A: The heating is accomplished via a steam or hot water jacket around the product chamber, providing rapid, uniform heat transfer. The pasteurizer is designed to operate effectively at a steam pressure range of 36 bar.
