Product Description

ROTARY CAN FILLER:

Function: For filling viscous and semi viscous hot fluids in open top round containers. Construction:

·      The machine consists of merry go round pattern turret conveyor.

The centre shaft is mounted at one end, will be fitted with the filling head is provided with height adjustment as per container size.

·      The containers are fed at from the other end by turntable of empty can washer.

·      Once the empty containers reach under the filling head; the filling starts to the desired set quantity.

·      Pump delivers the desired set quantity into the container through the multiple nozzles fitted on filling head.

·      Once the containers are filled it moves further by discharge turret for further operation.

·      Conveyor & Pump motor with speed regulator for matching the speed between conveyor and pump for accuracy. 

·      Machine will be complete with Break pressure tank, pump, control panel and one set of spare parts.

·      Capacity:- 20  to 25 cans / Min. of 850 Gms
