HOT BREAK SYSTEM:

Function: Suitable for preheating of Tomatoes before juice extraction.

The raw inspected tomatos are crushed in the mill and get collected in the bottom tank. The crush is then circulated through the heat exchanger for preheating up to required temperature. After achieving the required temperature, the product is discharged to the Pulper for juice extraction. This process is required for the following: - - Deactivating the enzymes, which are likely to be generated. - Getting good co lour and maximum recovery. Better quality of the product.

The equipment is provided with:-  

·         Tomato fruit crusher.

·         SS304 bottom collection tank.

·         Product re-circulation pump.

·         SS304 shell and tube heat exchanger.

·         SS304 interconnecting piping and fittings.

·         Product discharge pump.

·         Necessary instruments.

·         Capacity: 100 TO 5000 Kg/Hr.
