AMLA WASHER:

Function: For washing of Amla Fruits and feeding same to inspection conveyor.

Construction:

• It consists of 4 sections; soaking, washing with agitation, Fresh water spraying, water draining.
• Stainless steel rectangular shaped tank with legs, cross supports etc.
• The water in the tank is agitated with the help of perforated air pipes installed at the bottom of the tank.
• The bubbles are generated with the help of High speed air blower, which is an integral part of washer.
• Continuous imported Polypropylene stackable Slat Conveyers with Flights OR stainless steel perforated slat chain with roller bush chain at both sides with tracking.
• The Fruit washer tank will be provided with bottom drain connection, Water level adjusting arrangement with overflow Connection, and fresh water spraying arrangement, Feed Hopper, Discharge chute, Motor shroud, Chain guard etc.
• Fixed speed chain drive
• Motor – Hindustan Make, Gearbox: Bonfiglioli make.
• Input Capacity:  100 To 5000 Kg / Hr.
