Function: For sterilization and Washing of the empty reformed cans.

Construction:

ï Stainless steel honeycomb wire mesh belt straight running conveyor and automatic can inverting system after sterilization and can be passed directly for filling.

ï Sterilization chamber with water sealed top cover

ï Open coil fitted under wire mesh conveyor for water and steam spray.

ï Water spray at feed end and Steam spray at discharge end.

ï Complete with control panel, variable frequency drive and necessary electrical fittings.

ï Food grade curtains at feed and discharge end to avoid leakage of steam.

ï Drain, condensate collection tray at bottom.

ï Square tube structure.
