Product Description

SCREW TYPE CONTINOUS BLANCHER:

Function: Suitable for blanching of Amla fruit for easy separation of the segments.
Construction: Continuous cooking of Amla approx 80 c
Fabricated screw mounted inside the u trough. The steam jacket is provided throughout length of screw and up to centre line.
Glass wool insulated and ss cladded.
Water sealed top covers discharge elevator. The elevator chain will be imported and heat resistance.
Ss structure. All necessary steam fittings. Temperature indicator and sensor. A.C. Drive.
