SCOOPING CONVEYOR:

Function: For visual inspection and manual sorting / Cutting of Fruits after washing.

The equipment consist off-

Conveyor belt for receiving washed and for transferring prepared custard apples to Screw elevator.

Belt supporting trough thro-out length of top side

Belt support on return side by PVC rollers and cleaning wiper

Square Section tubular rigid structure.

Feed hopper, discharge chute, Motor shroud, chain guards etc.

Wide Side table with . waste disposal chutes on both sides of conveyor to transfer material to bottom conveyor

Fixed speed chain drive for bottom conveyor.

Motor Hindustan Make, Gearbox: Bonfiglioli make.
