Function: For Partial cooking and softening Green peas by heating.

 Comprised of:

·   Stainless steel hot water Rectangular Insulated Tank with straight line conveyor,

·   In which Peas are submerged for partial cooking.

·   Straight line conveyor with variable frequency drive for changing of retention time.

·   Water Sealed Top Covers.

·   Adjustable overflow

·   Hot water circulations pump with piping.

·   Retention time approx.

·   Temperature sensor with controls & AC Frequency drive with Stainless steel control panel.

·   Open / closed steam coil. Steam requirement approx: 

·   M.O.C.: SS 304
